2-3 Chicken Breasts ( cut in half)
6 potatoes ( peeled & cut in small pieces )
3 T. Olive Oil
1.4 Chopped parsley, 2 tsp minced garlic, 3 stalks chopped celery and 3 chopped green onions
1/ 2 box Orzo pasta
Cayenne pepper and season salt
1 Lemon or lemon juice
1 chopped fine yellow onion
2 tsp. sugar

1. Begin by rinsing the chicken after cutting into piece with lemon juice, then rinse with water.
2. In a 4-5 quart pot, saute the chopped onions and olive oil; add sugar to caramelize.Then add garlic.
3. Add chicken breasts after sprinkling with season salt and cayenne pepper.On medium heat, Cook until brown and tender.
4. Add water to pot and continue to cook, add potatoes.
5. When potatoes soft, add Orzo and green onions ; cook for about 10 minutes.
