1//3 cup flour
1 Tbs. cinnamon (I like lots)

Butter
Cinnamon and Sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Pare apples and slice thinly. Place in large bowl and add spices and flour. Mix well. Place pie crust in pie plate and fill with spiced apples. Dot with butter.
Place crust on top and make vent holes (I usually draw an apple with my knife) or you can do the lattice thing if you like. Cover edges of crust with foil.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes removing foil for last 15 minutes of baking. I then take a stick of butter and run it slowly all over my crust (or you could melt some butter and brush it on crust) and sprinkle with Cinnamon/Sugar mixture to coat!~Mmmmmmmm

I have gotten many compliments on my apple pie. I believe it's the brown sugar and butter that makes it extra yummy plus the sprinkled Cinnamon/Sugar on top.
try it...you won't be disappointed!~
