1/2 c dry breadcrumbs (seasoned or plain)
2 Tbsp finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c low-fat buttermilk
1/2 tsp hot sauce (e.g. Tabasco)
3 Tbsp flour
4 (6 oz) tilapia filets
a little olive or vegetable oil
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish and put flour in another. Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Dredge each fillet in flour, then buttermilk, then the crumbs. Fry over medium high heat 1-2 tsp olive or vegetable oil until fish is done (flakes easily with tested with a fork). Serve with lemon wedges.

I love this Cooking Light dish. It is a great healthy (yet satisfying) meal when served with mashed yams and a green salad of some sort.
