1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
2 T. canola oil
1 T. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sliced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T. butter
2 T dry bread crumbs
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Steam beans for 7-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Transfer to a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; drizzle over beans and toss to coat. In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Remove from heat; stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 18-22 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
