1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
9 lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed, drained
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the spaghetti sauce with the browned hamburger. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano and basil; mix well. In a greased 9x13 pan layer a third of the noodles, hamburger with sauce, cottage cheese mixture and mozzarella. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly.

This dish can also be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake when you are ready to eat. The best spaghetti sauce to use is Prego Chunky Garden with Tomato, Onion & Garlic.
