1 stick of butter
8 heaping tbsp dark brown sugar
6 bananas sliced in half
2 tbsp Banana liqueur
2 tbsp Rum
Vanilla Ice Cream
Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter, add sugar. Stir until sugar melts. Add sliced bananas and cook just until tender. Add liqueur. Sprinkle rum over the top and ignite! Spoon gently over a few times. Sprinkle cinnamon and quickly spoon over ice cream.

This is a family favorite that we always order when we have Breakfast at Brennans. It's always impressive to make it at home and enjoy watching your friends Oooh and aaahh over the spectacle of a flaming dessert. Also, when you go to Bennan's always have the Eggs Benedict and Turtle Soup...then plan to take a nap!
