2 2-3lb chickens, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
2 tbsp oil
1 6oz can lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour with salt. Coat chicken. Brown chicken in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker. Combine lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 3-4 hours. Remove chicken. Pour liquid into saucepan. Return chicken to cooker and cover to keep warm. Skim fat from liquid. Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into hot liquid. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
