2 c. cornmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Creole seasoning to taste
2 Tbsp. baking powder
milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Drop into deep fat and remove when brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
