1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, diced
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2 packages taco seasoning
1 small can Rotel (optional) or 3-4 dashes of hot sauce
1-2 cans corn
1 large can kidney beans
2 large cans diced tomatoes
2-3 cups water

Brown meat with onion. Drain well.
Add ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix.
Add rest of ingredients without draining juices.
Add water to finish filling the pot.
Simmer 1-2 hours or put into crockpot to cook all day. (at least 3-4 hours)
