1 cup Nestle's or Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips
1 stick Land O Lakes butter
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 1/3 cups Carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

The best ingredients make the best results!~

Directions:
Melt chips and butter in saucepan on medium/low heat...do not burn.
Add sugar and milk blending well with a whisk. Turn heat up to medium, "stirring constantly" bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
This can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks...if it lasts that long!~
