1- 5 1/2 oz. pkg. Scalloped Augratin potato box mix
3 cups Water
4 cups Milk
3 tbs. Flour
1 pkg. Mixed Frozen vegetables (corn, peas, and carrots)
1 pkg Polska Kielbasa

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4 1/2 quart pot. combine potato (not seasoning mix) and 3 cups water. bring to a boil. reduce heat and cover- simmer 5 min. Add vegetables, return to boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend 1/2 cup milk, flour, add seasoning packet and set aside. Slice kielbasa and saute till slightly burnt and rinse under hot running water. add remaining milk and sausage to pot mixture. Cook and stir until bubbly. simmer 10 minutes. Serve with buttered French bread.
