5 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
a little salt

After a big snowfall, take a large pan or bowl outside and fill it with CLEAN (no yellow allowed)snow. Leave it outside while you mix the above ingredients until smooth. Bring in the snow and add it to the mixture until it turns into ice cream.

This is a fun thing to do with the kids on a "snow day". It is amazing to watch the mixture. It is runny and then all of a sudden as you add more snow, it thickens. Try it. It tastes good too. Have fun.
