1 lb. ground chuck, browned (pour grease off)
1/4 white onion
1 clove of garlic in jar
1/4 c. red pepper
salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
15 oz. Hunts tomato sauce
12 oz. Hunts tomato paste
1 can of water from each of Hunts sauce and paste
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley

Cook together for 1 1/2 hours in a big pot.
