Pheasant
2 eggs
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pheasant into bite-size chunks. Mix eggs together in a separate bowl. Mix the cornstarch and garlic salt together in a separate bowl. Dip pheasant in the egg, then in cornstarch mixture, and brown in a frying pan on the stove. While the pheasant is browning on the stove, mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and chicken broth together to form a sauce. Put the browned pheasant in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over the top of the pheasant and bake 350º for 40 minutes.
