6 pork Chops with bone (3/4 inch thick)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 medium potatoes, cut into ½ inch wedges
1 medium onion, sliced into rings

Directions:

In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Transfer to a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Add potatoes and onions to the bowl and coat with the soup mixture. Pour mixture over the chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until meat juices run clear and potatoes are tender.
