1 pot roast
1 jar of mild salsa
1 pound new potatoes
1 pound baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, place halved new potatoes, pot roast, and cover with the salsa. Add the carrots on top. Cover and cook on low for the day. Enjoy the aroma when you get home, and dig in to a delicious dinner!

This makes the most delicious gravy....you won't recognize it as salsa! I admit to getting this recipe from one of those cook books at the grocery check out.
