1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Meat sauce:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix meatball ingredients and shape into golf ball size balls. Put in single layer in 9 x 13 in. pan.
Meat sauce: Mix and simmer for a few minutes. Pour over meat balls. Bake one hour at 350.
