2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped green pepper
1 pkg. frankfurters or Kilbasa cut in 1" pieces
1 C catsup
5 C sliced cooked potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in oil until partially done, then add frankfurters or Kilbasa sausage. Cook in 1 C catsup, add a little water and less catsup if desired. Add 5 C sliced cooked potatoes into stew. This recipe was given to Grammy from Aunt Mildred Sampson.
