1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 6 individual loaves and place in a shallow baking pan. Cover with a topping of:
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
