3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t, peppermint oil ( or other oil flavoring)
Food coloring

Directions:
Beat cream cheese until creamy; beat in remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth. Make into sm. balls, roll in sugar and press into mint mold. Tap out of mold and place on waxed paper. After a couple of days, turn mint over so that the underside can dry.

Many pleasant hours have been spent sitting around the kitchen table making mints and visiting with each other. Usually it's the bride and groom who help with this part of the wedding. Making memories!
