2 c. milk chocolate chips
2 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
1c. marshmallow creme
2/3 c. peanuts, chopped
40 carmels
3 tbsp water

Directions:
Cook half the chocolate chips, half the butterscotch chips and 1/4 c. of the peanut butter over low heat until melted. Pour into buttered 9x13" pan. Chill in refrigerator until set. Boil sugar, butter and milk together 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallow creme and 1/4 c. of the peanut butter Pour over first layer. Sprinkle with peanuts. In double boiler melt caramels with water; pour over peanuts. Refrigerate until set. Melt together remaining chips and peanut butter. Pour over caramel layer; refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
