16 oz. seasoned sausage (jimmy dean sausage works great)
1 can of crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg (beaten)
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown sausage. Add the cream cheese and cook until melted. Set aside.

Roll out the rolls and pinch the seams together so remains in a rectangular shape. Pour the meat mixture on the pastry - leave 1" for border. Roll up from the bottom. Pinch the seams together. Brush the egg on the roll. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 30 minutes before cutting into 8-10 slices.
