4 lbs stew beef
2 cans 7-up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and put in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Before serving, remove juice from crock pot and put into separate bowl. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and return to meat mixture. OPTIONAL BEFORE SERVING: you can also saute some fresh mushrooms and add to mixture. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
