1 medium green pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 jar (28oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 bag frozen/refrigerated ravioli (any kind)
1 1/4 c. water
1 loaf French Bread
1/4 c. butter (melted)
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400º. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a 4 qt. saucepan. Add pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, ravioli, and water to saucepan and bring to a boil. Cut bread (1/2 inch thick) and butter. When ravioli is almost cooked, spoon half of mixture into an oval baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese, then the remaining of ravioli. Arrange bread slices around edges of ravioli mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes until bread is crisp and ravioli is completely cooked.
