A few diced tomatoes
A ball of fresh mozzarella cheese also diced
Some minced fresh basil
A ˝ bottle or so of your favorite oil/vinegar based salad dressing (I like a light balsamic vinaigrette)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day. When you’re ready to serve your salad just chop up a head of fresh romaine and toss this over the top and mix. Top with a dusting of fresh ground pepper.
