4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c milk
8oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (diced or shredded)
1 box macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, set aside. Melt butter in large pan, add flour and mix to a paste, add milk stirring constantly till thick creamy white sauce forms, add a dash of salt and pepper, stir. Add cheese and keep over med heat stirring regularly until cheese melts. Add cooked macaroni cheese sauce and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and back at 350º for about 20 minutes or so until cooked through and bubbly.
