1 loaf French, or Texas style bread
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberry's
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crust from the bread and cut into 1 inch cubes. Spray the baking dish with Pam. Layer 1/2 of the bread in baking dish. Cut the cream cheese into small chunks and place in the pan over bread. Spread half the fruit, cover with remaining bread. Place the rest of the fruit on top. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, syrup, and butter, carefully pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350* for about an hour, when bread cubes begin to brown you can cover with foil as it finishes baking. Cut in pieces and drizzle with syrup if desired. Serve with ham or sausage

This recipe is perfect for the holidays or any day. It goes together the night before and is easy to get into the oven in the morning creating a colorful and delicious breakfast for a large group.It can be doubled or even tripled depending on how many you are serving. We loved serving it with berry's for the B&B. We would freeze many berries each summer. This also is very good with fresh peaches, cherries, or apples.
