An average size pot of chicken and yellow rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mexicorn
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick of butter
1 small jar of pimentoes
2 cups of cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together. Add in Chicken and yellow rice. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
