1 can Campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 C. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 C. cooked mini penne pasta
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In large bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add penne and toss gently to coat. Spoon into 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta mixture. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over pasta. Bake at 375º for 35 min.

This is frequently requested by Nora Chew and Vincent Wong. I usually double the recipe and bake it in a large casserole dish for potlucks.
