1/2 taza de mantequilla
1 taza y 2 cucharadas de azúcar, divididas
1 huevo
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
1 1/2 tazas de harina sin preparar
1/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
1/4 cucharadita de cremor tártaro
1 cucharadita de canela

En un tazón grande mezclar la mantequilla con 1 taza de azúcar hasta que se ponga cremosa. Añadir batiendo el huevo y la vainilla. Mezclar la harina con el bicarbonato de soda y el cremor tártaro. Gradualmente mezclar con la mantequilla cremosa.
En un tazoncito, mezclar el resto del azúcar con la canela. Hacer bolitas como de una pulgada de la masa de galletas. Rodarlas en el azúcar con canela.
Poner las bolitas de masa en lata de hornear sin enmantequillar.
Hornear galletas por 10-12 minutos a 375º
