3/4 box graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
3 12 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can sweet condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Set aside 1/4 c. of mixture for top. Press remaining mixture into 9 x 13 pan, sprayed with Pam. Freeze for 10 minutes. Combine milk, orange juice, oranges. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle 1/4 c. graham cracker mixture on top. Keep in freezer until 1/2 hour before serving.
