1 lb. chicken pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chicken broth or beer
1 can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cilantro
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 can white kidney beans, undrained
1 can black beans, drained
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garnish
Sliced green onions, garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and onions in olive oil (break chicken into small pieces). Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 min. Garnish with the cheese and onions. Serve with flour tortillas, corn chips or corn bread.
