2 cans Faroan black beans - drained, (can use others though)
1 can white shoe peg corn - drained/rinsed
1/2 cup red or sweet onion - chopped
4 roma tomatoes - chopped
1/4 c fresh cilantro - chopped
4 Tbsp. olive oil
6 Tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp, cummin
you can also add salt pepper and garlic to taste.

Mix all ingredients together, serve with tortilla chips.
