1 large Brisket
3/4 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c worchestershire sauce
1/2 c BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Use large glass casserole dish,
mix the liquid smoke and salts in dish, add meat, cover both sides, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
Before cooking, take off plastic wrap, cover with foil. Bake at 275 for 5 hours, add worchestershire sauce and cover meat with BBQ sauce, cook uncovered for 1 more hour.

I make cheesy potatoes with this, and it's yummy.
Cut meat across the grain very thin, it should just fall apart.
