1 (10-oz) pkg fresh baby spinach
1 (8-oz) pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
1 (12-oz) pkg refrigerated pizza crusts
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6-oz)

1. Saute' spinach, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper in a large nonstick skillet over rmedium heat 3 minutes or until spinach in wilted. Drain and remove from heat.

2. Spoon sauce evenly over pizza crusts. Add spinach mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

3. Grill, covered with grill lid, over indirect heat about 3-5 minutes or until crust is slightly crisp.

Recipe Note: This recipe calls for indirect grilling, a method where the heat source is off to the side of where the cooking takes place. To grill indirectly using a gas grill, turn the burner on one side on and cook on the other side. Likewise, with a charcoal grill, place heated coals on one side and cook on the other.
