1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:

Bake 4 yams, cool and peel.
Combine ingredients and place in 9x13 pan. Bake
@ 350º for 15 minutes.
