Directions:
Directions:
1. Season Chicken with Salt, Pepper and garlic to your taste and dredge in the flour
2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the chicken and brown on both sides until just golden.
3. Pour wine into the pan until the chicken is coverd and about 1/4 inch over the top and add the mushrooms and onions. Turn the temperature to high until boiling.
4. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 45 minutes or until chicken and veggies are tender and yummy.
5. With slotted spoon, remove chicken and vegetables to a serving dish or cassorole with cover and set aside (keep warm)
6. Add the heavy cream to the remaining sauce, turn the temparature to high, and reduce until sauce is thick and heavy, stirring constantly and keeping bottom free of burning. Turn off when done.
7. Spoon a large portion of noodles onto an individual plate. Spoon a nice serving of chicken over the noodles. Pour a healthy portion of sauce over the chicken and noodles so that there are no dry noodles on the plate. Garnish the plate with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
8. Repeat for each plate.
