3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup each sliced almonds, pumpkins seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and whatever else you wish to add.
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar or molasses
1/3 cup O.J.
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
add nutmeg, ground cloves etc as desired
1/2 cup dried fruit such as apples, apricots, cranberries, etc.
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dried ingredients together. Mix spices and liquids. Combine well. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 275º for one hour stirring often. Add dried fruit and coconut for the last 30 minutes. Bake until dried out and crunchy.
