3 eggs
pinch salt
1/8 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 T. butter
2 oranges
zest of orange
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
6 T. orange liqueur

Mix eggs, salt, sugar, milk, flour together. Pour small amount into buttered crepe sized dish and cook until done by flipping the crepe. Set crepes aside into a baking dish.

Squeeze orange juice and add zest, sugar, butter, and liqueur. Pour juice mixture over rolled up crepes and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Freezes well if you want to keep for a rainy day.
