1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cocoa. Add sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add nuts, graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Press into 9x13'' pan. Chill. SECOND LAYER: 1/4 c. butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp dry vanilla pudding, 1 tsp vanilla and 3 Tbsp cream or milk. Melt butter, cream and vanilla. Add pudding mix and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar.
Spread on first layer. Melt a 9 3/4 oz chocolate bar and spread over second layer. Can use melted chocolate chips in place of chocolate bar.
