• 18 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3-4 cups chopped ham or 1 lb, browned, breakfast sausage
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ½ cup chopped green pepper
• 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

Spray 9X13 or Lasagna pan with non-stick spray. Beat eggs, add milk and sour cream and mix well. Add meat and veggies to egg mixture and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and place back in oven for 5 – 10 minutes until melted. Great to make the night before, refrigerate and pop in the oven in the morning.
