Round steak,oil, 1 onion,soy sauce,beef bouillon cubes, 2 bell peppers,1 small jar of mushrooms, cornstarch, 2 tomatoes, rice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop round steak into 1 inch cubes. Add 1 tbsp oil to frying pan or large sauce pan. chop onion and add to meat. Cook until meat is browned. Add 3 tbsp. worchestshire sauce. Add more if you want stronger flavor. Add 1 tsp. soy sauce. Add 2 cups water and 3 beef bouillon cubes. Simmer with lid on until tender. 25- 35 minutes. Stir often. Add 2 chopped bell peppers. Cook 10 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.

Cook rice according to package directions usually 2 cups water to 3/4 cup rice. salt and bring to boil. Cook around 20 minutes on simmer.
Thicken meat sauce with 3/4 tbsp. cornstarch and 3/4 cup water (Mix these 2 together and then add to meat mixture) Pour rice into 9x13 pan and then add 2 chopped tomatoes to meat sauce. Pour sauce on top of rice and then serve.
