3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
8 boneless and skinless chicken halves (approx. 2 pds.)
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix.
dip chicken in butter(margarine), then roll in cornflake mixture to coat.
Place on a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered for 45 min. or until juices run clear.
