1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to oil, then beat in the egg, salt and vanilla. Alternately add flour and milk to which soda has been added. Add rhubarb and nuts. Mix and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Top with a mixture of 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 35 min. or until done, depending on the size of the pan.
