8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 TBS brown sugar
1/2 TSP vanilla extract
1/2 package mini-chocolate chips (plus 1 cup)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, chopped (I usually use a large butchers knife, lay sideways over heap of chips, press and rock until crushed)
1 package chocolate teddy grahams

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in sugars and vanilla. Mix in 1/2 package chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Line small bowl with saran wrap. Spoon mixture into bowl, seal with saran wrap and chill overnight. To serve: open wrap to expose cheeseball. Place over service plate and flip. Peel off saran wrap and sprinkle top and sides with 1 cup mini chocolate chips.
