boneless chicken tenders or other boneless meat.
mayonnaise
Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in Mayonnaise then into the seasoned bread crumbs. Place in a skillet and fry until just done, or bake in the oven. They become dry and tough if you overcook them. Most will cook at 425 degrees in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Less in a skillet, maybe 5 to 10 minutes.

Light Mayo is perfectly fine in this one. You can add Parmesan cheese to the bread to add variety.
