1-4 lbs.boneless chuck roast
1-can French Onion Soup
1-can Beef Consommé
1 can Beef Broth
1 tsp. beef bouillon
8-10 French or Italian Hoagie Rolls/Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Halve roast and place in slow cooker. Combine soup, consommé, broth, and bouillon; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and break up. Serve on toasted buns with sautéed onions and green peppers topped with Provolone Cheese. Skim off fat from the juices and serve as a dipping sauce for sandwiches.
