1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 garlic clove - finely chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
In wok, heat oil over med.-high heat. Add soy mixture and asparagus. Stir for 3 minutes.
Cover and let steam until just tender - about 2 minutes. Stir in seeds and serve immediately.
