8 oz. sour cream
1/2 box Trader Joe's Creamy Corn and Roasted Pepper Soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion
2 lbs. Trader Joe's Home Browns
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º
1. Mix sour cream, soup, cheese, onion, home browns and salt and pepper together and pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
2. Crush corn flakes and spread evenly over the top and pour melted butter over it.
3. Bake for about 45 minutes.
4. To make more for a main dish, try adding ham and/or vegetables (green pepper, squash, zucchini, baby carrots, mushrooms....)
