1 6" round of brie or Camembert
1 egg
Sour dough or seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
1 bunch green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed

Challah or sour dough bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

1. Saute sliced green onions and garlic in butter until soft. Remove and set aside.

2. In a pie dish, beat egg with fork until well mixed.

3. In another pie dish, mix Italian bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese.

4. Dip round of brie in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture.

5. Saute brie in melted butter over medium heat until lightly browned and crusty.

6. Remove brie from pan, place in an over-proof serving dish and place in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until runny.

Serve with crackers

Instead of oven, brie may be melted in microwave oven for a few seconds.
